These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Wenor LTD (“Wenor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services—including course planning, on-site filming, post-production, editing, or related digital solutions—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Wenor provides professional services including but not limited to:

Course planning & production

On-site filming (lectures, interviews, PTC, etc.)

Post-production editing (video, audio, podcasts, screen recordings, scenarios)

AI-powered services (translation, subtitles, summarisation)

Learning Management System (LMS) integration

Post-launch support and optimisation
We reserve the right to update or change our services at any time.
3. Fees & Payments

All fees are agreed upon before a project begins.

Payments may be required in instalments (e.g., deposit upfront, balance on completion).

Late payments may incur additional charges.

All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Projects may only be altered or cancelled in serious situations beyond reasonable control.

Wenor does not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a project is terminated early, the client remains responsible for payment of any work already completed.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of their raw content.

Wenor retains the right to use snippets of completed projects in our portfolio or marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Clients may not resell or redistribute Wenor-created content without written permission.
6. Liability

Wenor is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., LMS failures, hosting outages).

While we strive for consistent service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to downtime, maintenance, or unforeseen events.

Wenor is not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., business interruption, reputational harm).
7. Data & Privacy

Wenor collects personal data such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers solely for business purposes.

Data is processed in line with UK GDPR regulations.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

8. Force Majeure
Wenor is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, power failures, or internet disruptions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid and in effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with Wenor’s Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Wenor LTD.
