FAQ

Straight answers

Yes. The courses are CPD-accredited through our training partner — a Lancashire e-learning producer established in 2008 — and staff receive a certificate on completion. Content is aligned to the Care Certificate standards. We handle the setup, the tracking and the reporting.
Wenor is a new service, so you'd be one of our founding homes — and the pricing and terms reflect that: founding rates, no contract, and your price held for twelve months. The courses themselves come from an established Lancashire e-learning producer that has been making accredited training since 2008.
Send a staff list to get started. After that your staff get a login and you get a monthly report. If someone joins or leaves, tell us and we update it — there's no extra charge within your staff band.
No. Some homes start with the courses lapsing soonest and move the rest across as they come up for renewal.
Not for practical skills. Things like moving and handling competency sign-off are best done in person. We cover the online mandatory and refresher training, and track your in-person sessions alongside it so the matrix stays complete.
They're yours. We export the full training matrix and every certificate before you go. It's month to month, so you can leave whenever you want.
